These vineyards come from the hills of Var, and have an A.O.C
- the Côtes de Provence and a V.D.Q.S appellation
- the Coteaux Varois, that will soon become an A.O.C. Dominated by the Saint Victoire, in the heart of the Aix-en-Provence's countryside, the vineyards here have an appellation
- the Coteaux d’Aix. It is spread over 42 communes, 40 in Bouches-du-Rhône and 2 in Var.
The wines of the recently created Baux-de-Provence have 12 estates spread over the 7 communes of the Alpilles. Along the coast, 4 A.O.C wines are found : Bandol, Bellet, Cassis and Palette.
