Tourtour
This village is located on a plateau on the top of Provence, Tourtour is in the midst of vineyards, lavender fields, olive and pine trees.

The narrow streets are lined up by stone-wall houses. Fountains, alleys, stairs and vaulted passageways offer a pleasant walk in this typical village. You will feel refreshed by the mere sound of the fountains as you stroll along in the height of Summer. The two castles are at the core of a maze of alleyways. The first one dates back to the Middle Ages whereas the second one, with its four round towers in a pepper-mill shape, was built in the 15th century and renovated in the 19th century. St Denis church, oil-mill, fossil museum and guided tour of the village all year round on appointment.
