This former Jesuit noviciate is a haven of peace at just a few minutes' walking distance from the Pope’s Palace and located in the old city of Avignon.
The hotel has 80 rooms located in a 16th century part, which has kept piously the spirit of that period and into a contemporary wing inspired by the well known French architect Jean Nouvel.
Guestrooms are decorated in neutral tones with contemporary furnishings and provide cable television with pay movies.

Access information
Marseille Airport (MRS): Approximate driving time is 60 minutes and distance is 90 kilometres (60 miles).
There are shuttle buses every 20 minutes to/from Marseille Saint Charles railway station and Aix-en-Provence bus station. A train can be taken to Avignon station.
Driving directions: From Marseille Airport take the A7 in the direction of Lyon and leave at signs for Avignon North and follow directions for ‘Centre Ville’. Enter the city walls opposite the railway station and turn left onto Boulevard Raspail and left again onto Rue Saint Charles. The grey gate for the hotel’s car park is 50 metres on the left.
The city can be explored on foot or bicycle and there is an efficient bus service. A private car is recommended for travelling further afield.
